During the current State of Emergency, we will not be charging any new late fees or disconnecting water for non-payment; however, your account balance will continue to accrue if payments are not made. Once the State of Emergency is lifted, we will return to our normal late fee policies. Payment arrangements will be available to those who need it. More information on payment arrangements will be brought forward once the State of Emergency is lifted.
